This course is for women of all ages. A common myth about hormones is that you don’t need to worry about them until menopause. The truth is that it is very difficult to maintain the balance of our hormones during hectic lifestyles.
We want to have it all, while we forget about our women body and soul.
In this course I give you useful advices from Yoga, Ayurveda and Naturopathy with which you can keep your endocrine and nerveus system balanced, your female organs protected during your hectic daily routine.
This course is designed to connect yourself with your body innate wisdom, and to enable you to follow the desires of your heart.
The course will be built around the questions of the participants as the subject is huge.
It consist a part of 3in1 Yoga teacher training which we will launch in autumn.

Syllabus
- Daily, weekly, monthly, annually detoxification techniques for the female body (viruses, heavy metal, liver, fat, constipation, water retention)
- Chronic fatigue reasons, hair loss, weight gain, autoimmune diseases (Epstein bar etc.) and solutions
- Syncing with your cycle for pain-free menstruation
- Irregular periods (PMS, heavy, lacking, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, painful, excessive buildup of the uterine lining etc.)

Accomodation: if you choose to stay and sleep in the studio on 10 cm thick mats, 2 nights: 25 EUR
